These terms govern your use of Boardroom (the “Service”), operated by IE Mikhail Grigoryev, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

Boardroom convenes a panel of AI advisors, each with a stated perspective, to pressure-test a decision you are about to make. The Service is currently in early access: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account and use

• The Service produces opinions, not professional advice. It is not legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, and no advisor–client relationship is created.
• You are responsible for the decisions you make and for the material you bring into a session.
• You may not resell the Service or present its output as the advice of a named real person.

Generated content

Advisor responses are produced by automated language models given a stated perspective. They can be wrong, one-sided, or confidently mistaken — that is partly the point of hearing several at once. Judgement stays with you.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices shown on this site are the prices at launch and may change with notice for future periods. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and will tell you why when we do.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
